Spectra may collect location data from your device to confirm whether you are physically present at a merchant's location on the day of obtaining a ticket. This allows us to prompt you for reviews and feedback only when relevant.

g. SMS (text messages) for verification and account security

When you provide a mobile number and opt in on our sign-in or verification screens, we use it to send one-time passcodes (OTP) and related transactional messages needed to create or access your account, complete bookings, or verify your identity. These messages are sent through our messaging providers (for example, Twilio). Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can opt out of marketing texts as described in our Terms; opting out of verification SMS may limit phone-based login until you opt in again. We log the time and version of the consent language you agreed to where required for compliance.

d. End-User Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Spectra Tech Corp. does not store full payment details; we only retain necessary transaction records. Stripe's Privacy Policy governs the handling of your payment data.
