When you provide a mobile number and opt in on our sign-in or verification screens, we use it to send one-time passcodes (OTP) and related transactional messages needed to create or access your account, complete bookings, or verify your identity. These messages are sent through our messaging providers (for example, Twilio). Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can opt out of marketing texts as described in our Terms; opting out of verification SMS may limit phone-based login until you opt in again.
